    So disappointed- wedding day disaster!

    "We ordered cookies 2 weeks out so we could have fresh tasty cookies. We planned to bag them day of wedding to have fresh cookies and no issues. The cookies were 90% broken and not white. They looked like cinnamon cookies due to the heat when transported to us. We were so embarrassed to serve these. We didn't even open all the tins we ordered. I have ordered this from retailer stores during Christmas with out any issues but this direct order from company was a big disappointment. Waiting to hear what happened and how they will assist."

    Hello, I ordered your melt

    "Hello, I ordered your melt always butter pecan, Received my order swiftly. Was excited to take them to our labor day picnic, upon opening the cookies, they were very smashed up! Over half the order was just crumbs, they tasted great, however, little expensive to only enjoy half of them, I have attached some photo's, as I was trying to pick out the good ones!"

    "Very disappointed in the cookies! I'm an avid fan of your cookies normally. This order came in crumbs and very little powdered sugar on them. They were brown and not white at all ( no sugar). The last order only one tin was not good. This order it was both tins. SO SAD! Very skeptical of trying any of other products."

    Not what I expected

    "we have always loved David's cookies. We get them at sams club every year. For my husbands birthday I ordered several, lemon, cinnamon, and pecan. I was not expecting the cinnamon tin to be half the size as the others at the same price. Also, most of the cookies were just crumbles. While the cookies are great, it just wasn't worth what we got. Pictured is what we got out of the cinnamon tin."

    "When my cookies arrived I was upset because there is four sections in the container and I only had two sections that was whole cookies the other two sections was nothing but powder no cookies they had crumbled all to pieces to nothing put powder the bubble wrap was around the two sections that was whole cookies not the other two sections so they had no protection on there travel here to my home, I was very disappointed not getting my full order! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭"

    Pecan Meltaway Review

    "We originally bought several cans when they were being sold through Costco. Since they haven’t had them in awhile, I bought a 2 pack directly from you. The cookies are delicious, don’t get me wrong. The first can we opened, the cookies were either too hot when they were sealed or something or shipping was a little too rough. There was very little powder left on them and most of the cookies were in crumbles. We will take a chance and order again but was very disappointed in this delivery."
